Catholics for Choice -- Who Are They?

Obviously, they were baptized in the Catholic Church. Maybe they were confirmed in the Catholic Church. If they were, in fact, confirmed in the Catholic Church, they must have missed some true facts along the way about what that means.

Catholics for Choice are, by their own choice separated from the Church. Until they repent, seek Reconciliation, and have firm purpose of amendment, they are on the outside of the Catholic Faith looking in.

It does not matter how many initials follow their names. It doesn't matter if they are Doug Kmiec himself. They are out of the state of grace and it is...by their own "choice."

Actually, by the sheer fact of the Catholics for Choice determination to interpret the Catholic Faith in their own way, it would seem that they are seriously protesting and that equals protestant. So, when it comes to what the Catholics for Choice believe, they aren't Catholic at all. They are protestant.

Now, a note to any protestant that may see this....no offense intended and no offense felt by me. I was Methodist and I can assure you that I have no problem with protestants who know they are protestant. My offense is purely and simply at people who call themselves Catholic and aren't.

Being Catholic is not a big banner one wears saying in a very prideful manner: "I AM CATHOLIC HEAR ME ROAR." In fact, it's quite the opposite.

It's just ridiculous to try to change what cannot be changed. These people will come and go. But the One, Holy, and Apostolic Church will not.
